RACEPAK ADDS SUPPORT TO AAFD

Contingency and technical support on tap

Racepak Data System, the leading manufacturer of onboard data acquisition systems for drag racing vehicles, is the latest company to throw their support behind All American Fuel Dragsters, LLC.

Racepak and AAFD have reached an agreement where the Rancho Santa Margarita, California-based company will provide the same type of personalized technical support to the front engine dragster group as it provides at other major events around the world. The upcoming March Meet will find three of Racepak’s highly trained technical support staff roaming the dragster pits offering help and advice to those in need.

Additionally, Racepak has joined a growing list of manufacturers who have posted contingency awards for the front engine top fuel dragsters contesting the NHRA Heritage Series events during the 2011 season points chase.

AAFD’s points series kicks off this weekend with the fabled March Meet at Auto Club Famoso Raceway in Bakersfield, California. Qualifying is on Friday and Saturday (March 18-19), with the first round of elimination scheduled for late Saturday afternoon. Final eliminations will be conducted on Sunday.
